You can honor living history this month at a Delaware 87ers home game at the Bob Carpenter Center. The NBA G League team has partnered with the City of Wilmington for a celebration of Black History Month, where selected community leaders will be presented with the honorary game ball.
Mayor Mike Puzycki stated in a Facebook post, “Among the honorees is Paulette Sullivan-Moore, the first African American woman to be sworn into the Delaware Bar (1977), who will be recognized on Feb. 13 when the team takes on the Canton Charge at 6:30 p.m.
